We all enjoy eating our favorite breakfast. Whether it's bacon, oatmeal, pancakes, fruit, cereal, eggs and sausage. So how about putting a few of those things together and making an all in one item.

A breakfast pancake.

It may sound difficult but it's actually pretty simple. You can even take it in a different direction and make a waffle out of it. Your choice.

Ingredients:

  • Breakfast meat
  • Eggs
  • Pancake/waffle mix
  • Veggies or fruit
  • Shredded cheese

Start with some type of meat, whether it's breakfast sausage or bacon, even ham will work.
Cook your meat as you would normally.

Next get your pancake/waffle batter ready. Make your own or use a pre-ready mix. Once you make your pancake/waffle mix add some cheese. Yes throw some shredded cheese (any kind) into your batter and mix it well.

Next chop up your veggies/fruit. In this recipe I chopped up onions and jalapeños.

Now it's time to fry your egg. Add a small amount of butter or coconut oil to your pan and drop an egg into the middle of it.

Then pour your batter around the egg leaving the yolk exposed. Add more cheese if you like. Then add your meat and veggie mix.

Let it cook for about 3 minutes then flip it over. Cook another 2 minutes or so and you're done.

Drizzle a bit of honey and there you have it a sweet, crispy, and spicy breakfast pancake. Where every bite explodes with flavor.
