So you have a few friends over for game night or the weekly book club discussion. You don’t want to serve the usually chips and dip. But don’t have time to create a huge party platter. In comes the sweet potato chip to save the day.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cut your sweet potatos into thick slices and put into a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with olive oil and mix it up.
Lay them onto a baking sheet next to each other. Place in the oven for 20 minutes or until lightly brown around the edges. Take out of the oven. Careful they are going to be hot. Flip the sweet potato chips over and put them back into the oven for another 20 minutes.
